IRBUILD is a floor tiles supplier and exporter in Iran. We supply porcelain floor tiles and ceramic floor tiles from the Khatam factory in Ardakan, Yazd, and from partner factories, to importers, distributors and contractors.
The range covers 469 rectified floor tile models in five sizes and three bodies. This page shows what each size is made of, how thick it is and how much fits in one load, so you can choose the right floor tile before you ask for a price.
Five floor sizes, each with its own page of models, specifications and loading figures. A load is one 20 ft container or one truck at about 25 t.

The body decides where a floor tile can go. Every model states its body and water absorption group under ISO 13006.
Water absorption 0.5% or less (BIa). Dense and hard, for shops, hotels, offices, busy corridors and wet areas. Made in 60x60, 60x120, 80x80 and 100x100, in glossy, matt and polished.
All porcelain tiles →Water absorption 3–6% (BIIa). The usual floor for homes and offices, at a lower price than porcelain. Made in every floor size, including the 15 mm thick 40x40.
All white body tiles →Water absorption 6–10% (BIIb). The economy floor for homes and light traffic, and the lightest per square metre, so it loads the most per truck. Made in 60x60 and 60x120.
All red body tiles →For floors that carry heavy traffic, three things matter more than the design: the body, the thickness and the surface.
Porcelain (BIa) for shops, hotels, offices and public areas. It absorbs almost no water and resists wear.
A thicker tile is stiffer. Our 15 mm 40x40 is made for stairs, corridors and storerooms; 12–13 mm porcelain suits large commercial floors.
Matt for entrances, kitchens and areas that get wet; glossy and polished for dry lobbies and showrooms.
The abrasion class and the exact figures for each model are on its datasheet, sent with the quotation.
Floor tiles come in glossy, matt and polished surfaces. Polished is made in porcelain 60x120, 80x80 and 100x100. Designs:
Marble look Stone look Wood look Concrete look Solid colour Abstract
Floor tiles travel in cartons on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets. For tile, weight decides how much fits, not space: a 20 ft container or one truck carries about 25 tonnes, so a 15 mm tile loads fewer square metres than a 10 mm one. A 40 ft container carries little more tile, because its weight limit is almost the same.
We ship floor tiles by road from Ardakan to the neighbouring markets below, and by sea through Bandar Abbas to more distant ones.
Send the models or design family, the square metres, the destination country and the incoterm you work on. You get prices, packing figures, the first loading date and a sample box if you need one.
